Semi-Flexible Cable Assembly
ETL Systems’ series of coaxial semi-flexible cable assemblies offers a versatile solution for microwave system designers, eliminating the need for detailed semi-rigid cable design.
Featuring a copper/tin composite outer conductor, these cables can be hand-formed in situ while maintaining performance comparable to formed copper semi-rigid alternatives. Their high resistance to work-hardening allows for bend adjustments, ensuring flexibility during installation.

Featuring a braided outer conductor over a silver-plated spiral strip, these assemblies maintain performance comparable to copper semi-rigid alternatives.
With stock availability in a wide range of lengths, they support frequencies up to 26.5GHz and include anti-torque connectors for durability and ease of use. Lightweight and adaptable, the AFX series meets the needs of various equipment and subassembly cabling applications.
Reform/Semi-rigid Aluminium Cable Assembly
ETL systmes’s Reformable/Semi-Rigid Aluminium Cable Assemblies offer a versatile and cost-effective solution for microwave system designers, eliminating the need for detailed semi-rigid cable design.
Featuring a solid tin-plated aluminium outer conductor, these cables can be hand-formed in situ while maintaining performance comparable to copper semi-rigid alternatives. Their high resistance to work-hardening allows for bend adjustments, ensuring flexibility during installation.
Available in a wide range of stock lengths, these lightweight assemblies support frequencies up to 26.5GHz and 18GHz, with anti-torque connectors for added durability.
High Velocity Ultra Low Loss Test Cable
Our series of high velocity ultra low loss test cable assemblies are designed for general purpose use with laboratory and test equipment applications where low loss, flexibility, high performance and affordability are key features.
The high velocity of propagation of these cables offers improved phase stability over lower velocity propagation types. Connectors are SMA male with passivated stainless steel bodies. Frequency up to 18GHz. Standard stock lengths range from 0.5 to 2.0 metres but custom cable lengths are also available to order.
Ultra Flexible Coaxial Test Cable
ETL Systems’ Ultra Flexible Coaxial Test Cable is designed for test and system applications, offering exceptional flexibility and reliable performance up to 18GHz. With a velocity of propagation of 69.5% and a durable blue polyurethane jacket, it ensures robustness and ease of use in demanding environments.
Super Flexible Low Loss Test Cable
These series of cable assemblies are designed for general purpose laboratory and equipment applications where high performance, flexibility and low loss are key features. Connectors are N-type Male or SMA Male, giving excellent RF performance up to 26.5GHz.
Standard lengths range from 0.5 to 5.0 metres in 0.5M increments but longer lengths up to 20M available on request.
Low Loss Flexible VNA Test Cable
The flexible coaxial low loss VNA test cable assemblies are designed for general purpose use with laboratory and test equipment applications where low loss, flexibility, performance and affordability are key features.
Connectors are either 2.92mm or 2.4mm male with passivated stainless steel bodies. Standard stock lengths range from 0.5 to 2.0 metres but custom cable lengths are also available to order up to 20 metres
