In light of the increasing containment measures seen around the globe in response to Covid-19, ETL Systems remains open for business and committed to customer support and continuity of supply of our products and services.

Product Support
We are continuing to provide support for all ETL products in the field to ensure your operations still run smoothly. You can still reach our support team via our website or by emailing support@etlsystems.com
Production & Shipping
For most ETL products, we have created a considerable inventory of component parts to support us through this period. We are also actively working with our primary suppliers and second sources to ensure minimal disruption to deliveries and this is proving successful.
However, the possibility remains that some ETL products on certain orders may be delayed. In these circumstances, we will seek your consent for part shipment of the unaffected product lines and keep you fully informed.
Exhibition Update
Due to the current global situation, many exhibitions have been postponed. We are disappointed that we are unable to demonstrate our new RF distribution products to you.
We still have plans to exhibit at IBC, Amsterdam and CommunicAsia, Singapore in September 2020 and Cabsat, Dubai with the re-scheduled dates in October.

Requesting a Product Loan or Personal Demo
For our customers that might not have the chance to visit us at the remaining exhibitions this year, we will try to accommodate a short term product loan or demo. Please enquire with our sales team at Sales@etlsystems.com. Keep checking our social media and website for new product videos coming soon.
Further Updates
We are also taking all necessary steps within the business to limit the risks to our own ongoing operations. These include numerous precautionary measures including working from home wherever possible, travel restrictions, screening of visitors, cleaning practises, and education and advice to staff.
We will keep you appraised of any other changes or improvements in production and ETL continues to take all necessary steps to minimise disruptions to our customers
