Whilst Frequency Converters are well known and well used in teleports globally, ETL has taken existing technology and improved it further. We've taken good architecture, hot-swap and multi-modules and made a standard product a little bit cooler, more affordable and easier to use."Luke Mitchell, RF Systems Consultant, discusses which ETL product has had the biggest impact on the US satcom market, his biggest achievements and what positives he's taken from 2020."This year has really allowed everyone to be a bit more human. Yes my customer is an important and skilled RF engineer, but they're also a mother or a father with kids distracting them in the background, which I have as well. I think we can all relate to each other a lot better now. And I hope to carry that forward into 2021."Bethan Sant, Components Sales Executive, discusses how she's adapted to 2020's challenges during the pandemic, the biggest achievement for the RF components team and which RF Components have had the biggest impact on the satcoms market this year."One of the biggest work achievements has got to be the customisation we've done in #waveguide. We've worked on some big projects which have been highly customised for the end users goal. The biggest personal change for the most part this year is that we've been working from home. So I've been able to take running more seriously and knock just over 15 minutes off my personal best for a 10km run."Share this articleShare on FacebookShare on TwitterShare on Linkedin
